About: I am a Consultant Physician and Epidemiologist, I serves as a Coordinator for Medical and Human Services at the Directorate of Medical and Human Services, Nigeria. I trained in clinical medicine, public health, and field epidemiology with expertise in global health security. The Directorate of Medical and Human Services is a specialized health security unit under the Presidency of Nigeria. It operates within the Office of the President in the State House to manage high-level medical services, it plays a crucial role in addressing health-related issues that may impact national security and public welfare, thereby supporting the sustainance of internal health security of Nigeria. We oversee high-level medical and health services, aligning with the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) ensures Nigeria remains compliant with the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005). This is critical for the "Prevent, Detect, and Respond" framework implementation.
